We are over the moon to have been ranked in the top 25 Great Places’ to Work in the UK in the Small Organisations category. It fills us with a real sense of pride as we are officially acknowledged for our commitment to inclusion, quality, and growth. Over the past three years we have introduced a range of new initiatives for our people, including hybrid working, updated our benefits offerings, providing wellbeing training and support, just to name a few.
